Satisfaction Guarantee
1.
Any product purchased through the Evoluent online store may be
returned for a refund of the purchase price and any applicable tax,
but not the shipping charge.
Evoluent is not responsible for
refunding the price of any Evoluent product purchased through a
reseller (not through our online store)
2. The product must be returned to
Evoluent within 30 days from the date of purchase.
3. The product must be in new
condition, and carefully packed in its original packaging, including
all supplied materials and accessories, otherwise the product will
be returned to you.
4. Please contact tech support above
for return authorization before returning the product, otherwise the
product will be returned to you.
Warranty Return
1. Please first contact tech support to verify the problem. Products returned
without authorization will not be accepted.
2. Defective products are replaced
with any available identical or similar products.
3. Refund is not available for
products purchased through our online store more than 30 days before
the product is returned.

Limited Warranty
Evoluent branded products are warranted
to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
time from the date of purchase. The periods depend on the product
and are listed below. The warranty applies to the original purchaser
and is non-transferrable, except where prohibited by local law. In
case the purchaser is unable to provide proof of purchase date, the
warranty period is calculated from the manufacture date.

Essentials Keyboard - 1 year
This warranty does not apply to damage
caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or any
usage not in accordance with product instructions.
Users may return products for warranty
support according to the warranty return instructions. Evoluent may
repair or replace the product with a new, refurbished, or used
product at least equivalent in cosmetic condition to the returned
product. If the model is no longer available, a similar model may be
provided.
Evoluent shall not be liable for any
special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages resulting
from the use or misuse of its products or from defects in its
products.
