Ground shipping within US
$6 for the first piece, $1 for each additional piece. Takes 1-7 days from shipping, depending on the distance from the San Francisco area.

Express shipping within US
$30 for the first piece (instead of $6), $5 for each additional piece (instead of $1). Shipped via US express mail next day service. Express service may not be necessary for destinations close to the San Francisco area.

Outside US
$30 for the first piece (instead of $6), $5 for each additional piece (instead of $1). Shipped via US express mail. Takes 3-5 days from shipping, but sometimes up to 2 weeks.

Shipping cut off time
Orders received by 12 pm Pacific time are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 12 pm are shipped within 1-3 business days. The same rules apply to express shipping.

Satisfaction Guarantee
1. Any product purchased through the Evoluent online store may be returned to exchange for another product (a partial refund or an additional charge may apply), or for a refund of the purchase price and any applicable tax, but not the shipping charge. Evoluent is not responsible for refunding the price of any Evoluent product purchased through a reseller (not through our online store).
2. The product must be returned to Evoluent within 30 days from the date of purchase.
3. The product must be in new condition, and carefully packed in its original packaging, including all supplied materials and accessories, otherwise the product will be returned to you.
4. Please contact tech support for return authorization before returning the product, otherwise the product will be returned to you.

Warranty Return
1. Please first contact tech support to verify the problem. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. Defective products are replaced with any available identical or similar products.
3. Refund is not available for products purchased through our online store more than 30 days before the product is returned.
4. Refund is not available for products purchased through a reseller (not through our online store).
